This particular shoot capped a three-part production through Oklahoma & Texas. Featuring all-Canon gear for our Canon USA client, we documented the lead-up & climax of Texas’s 6-Man High School Football State Championship.

Set in Strawn, TX (pop. 549), we followed the Strawn Greyhounds (five state championships) and their filmmakers to Abilene where the state’s greatest teams battled it out Texas style.

Overall, we interposed a mixture of thoughtfully lit location set builds for our interviews, balanced with a documentary style aesthetic mixing handheld and gimbal for the on-the-fly field action.
